Within the framework of the project “Digitization, promotion and utilization of the Historical Archive and Collections of Textile and Embroidery Designs of the Folklore Museum of Arachova”, Uni Systems undertook the digitization of the folklore wealth of the Museum. The project of the Municipality of Distomo Arachova of Antikyra, approved by the “Greece 2021” Committee, is part of the “Antonis Tritsis” Program of the Ministry of Interior. The implementation includes the digitization and promotion of the unique collections of designs of weavers and embroideries of the Folklore Museum of Arachova and part of the Historical Archive and the Museum's inventory, which is related to the arts of weaving and embroidery, with evidence from the time of the Struggle of 1821, as well as the period immediately after them. With its completion, a valuable repository of data has been created both on these two arts in Arachova, and on everyday life and action in the city during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
