In the three Chapters of the cultural education program “Where is Ypsipyli hiding?” nature, buildings, tastes, art, monuments and people of Lemnos tell their stories and invite us to tell them through creative means. Our muse and guide on this journey, the mythical Queen Yspilis, who, in her quest to return home and her time, seeks to find refuge in iconic landmarks of the island. The program is under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Municipality of Lemnos. It is supported by a multidisciplinary team of experts and the Department of Archaeology and Art History of the University of Athens.
