I was born and raised in Athens with an innate sensitivity for everything alive that surrounded me. This sensitivity led me to study biology, wanting to discover more about our magical world, which led me to have even more questions. Realizing the fragility of this world, I decided to specialize in Environmental Education, wanting to inspire others to love it, as well as to realize the power they have in keeping this fragility possible. Since then I have moved between the worlds of art, ecology and pedagogy, paving a path that I hope will make sense. I follow and follow the fringes of critical pedagogy and libertarian education. I design and animate environmental education programs on a variety of topics and have worked in schools, either as an associate biologist or as an external collaborator, wanting to see through the eyes of social ecology. I have worked with children of all ages, starting with kindergarten children and reaching the last grades of High School, using my love for pedagogy as a basic compass, which leads me each time on the path of my relationship with children, which is nothing more than accompanying them to the formation of an integrated, flexible, empowered social creature integrated into a world where ecology is understood as a philosophy, accepting pluralism and “power in union.” At the same time I teach aerial acrobatics to adults and children, exploring the chapter of physical perception for shaping oneself. I have designed aerial acrobatics teaching programs for children, where the art of circus is utilized as a tool for personal empowerment, mental and physical flexibility, and a technique for expressing emotions. Today I teach at the cultural club that I have founded together with six other girls. Otherwise I write, cultivate, knit, paint, read and stay awake discovering all the time and never getting enough!
