Konstantina studied Political Science and History at Panteion University in Athens and holds a master's degree in Southeast European Studies. She has been involved extensively with the communities in the city of Athens voluntarily since 2008. (Plus) She founded and designed initiatives for social innovation, including creativity and culture programmes since 2011 e.g. in collaboration with the Austrian Embassy, British Council. Since 2013, she has been a researcher and evaluator of European programmes on sustainable development, social cohesion, social entrepreneurship, creativity and civil society empowerment or responsible for managing European projects for civil society organisations, European Commission branches, research bodies, universities, etc. In 2015-2019 he was a member of the European Commission's Expert Committee on Social Entrepreneurship. She is an alumna of WEF Global Shapers, Falling Walls Lab, St. Gallen Symposium Leader of Tomorrow/TOM-Lab (Tomorrow-Laboratory) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
