Konstantina was born and raised in Larnaca. After completing her directing studies in Athens, she pursued a master's degree in Cultural Management and Politics at Goldsmiths University of London. Since 2007, she has been working with international dance and theatre groups and individual artists, to carry out their performances, tour and strategic planning. She has undertaken the realization of performances in festivals, theaters, in the public space but also in hospitals, prisons and schools. In 2009 she founded the AMKE Among the Mermiges, through which she co-creates and coordinates projects with artists and local communities, mainly in the public sphere, with the ultimate goal of equal access to the arts and society. She is currently developing the project [about siblings], investigating the relationship between siblings with and without disabilities. She has been trained in the coordination of social art programs (ODDarts, Manchester), is a Fellow of the Peer Learning Group of A New Direction (London) for artistic co-creation with children and young people, as well as the Atelier for Arts and Production Managers Eleusis 2021. Through Moment Creative, she works as an artist mentor and organizes thematic artist meetings encouraging artists and cultural professionals to develop their creativity, aesthetics and next steps, whether they curate an idea artistically, organizationally (or both).
