The 1st Board of Directors of the Culture for Change Association decided to organize the first annual mid-term event outside Athens and outside the General Assembly.

After the open call, the member Nikos Barpakis was chosen, who hosted the event in Volos, in the Lab Art music scene. Preparations began with setting the date of the event (3-5 December 2021) and communicating to members about the declaration of participation. The program included various activities and parallel events, such as concerts, sessions, visits to a microbrewery and a magazine. The event was attended by 17 members, who had the opportunity to communicate, exchange ideas and discover the city of Volos. The mid-term event aimed to contact and resolve procedural issues after the inaugural meeting of the Network in the summer of 2021. Members had the opportunity to connect with the place and the local community through planned actions.

At the end of the event, an evaluation form was sent to all participants. This meeting was an authentic opportunity for members to meet, exchange views and discover new places. Despite the challenges arising from the organisation in life, the energy and attention given by the Board of Directors and the Development Committee were well worth it.
